Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunds of payments made on the SpamHub MAILER platform (hereinafter — «Service»). The Service is provided by SpamHub and includes a free desktop SMTP email client, as well as paid features: Pro subscription (AI Assistant, SMTP Warmup, Email Validator), balance top-ups, and purchases of digital goods (SMTP accounts, proxies).

By registering an account and making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free Version

SpamHub MAILER is available as a free desktop application with core functionality: unlimited SMTP accounts, multi-SMTP rotation, proxy support, custom macros, HTML Uniquifier, and Composer. Since the free version does not require any payment, no refunds are applicable to it.

  • The free version is provided «as is» without any financial obligations from either party.
  • No payment is required to download, install, or use the free version.
  • Optional account creation for the free version does not constitute a paid transaction.

3. Pro Subscription ($200/month)

The Pro subscription unlocks AI Assistant (7 AI tools), SMTP Warmup, and Email Validator for a period of 30 days. Refund terms for the subscription are as follows:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: full refund to your SpamHub balance, provided that no more than 10% of the included Warmup quota has been used and no AI tool requests have been made.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but within 7 days: proportional refund calculated based on the remaining unused days. The refund is credited to your SpamHub balance (not to the original payment method). An administrative fee of 15% applies.
  • After 7 days: no refund is available. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Subscription auto-renewal is not currently supported. Each subscription period is a separate transaction.

4. Balance Top-Ups

When you top up your SpamHub balance, funds are credited to your internal account and can be used for purchases within the Service. Refund terms for balance top-ups:

  • Unused balance may be refunded within 14 days of the top-up transaction, provided no purchases have been made from the balance during this period.
  • If any purchase has been made from the balance, only the remaining unused portion is eligible for refund, subject to a 20% administrative fee.
  • After 14 days from the top-up, the balance is non-refundable. The balance does not expire and can be used for future purchases indefinitely.

5. Digital Goods Purchases (SMTP, Proxy)

Purchases of digital goods (SMTP accounts, proxies, and other items) are subject to the following terms:

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once account credentials have been delivered and accessed by the buyer.
  • If purchased accounts are invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support. Replacement is provided at our discretion after verification.

6. Warmup Quota Add-ons

Additional SMTP Warmup quota packs (5k/$150, 10k/$200, 50k/$500) are non-refundable once purchased. The quota is added to your account immediately upon payment and is valid for the current calendar month.

Unused quota does not carry over to the next month. We recommend purchasing add-on packs only when you have an immediate need for additional warmup capacity.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through 2328.io payment gateway. Refund processing times depend on the provider:

  • Refunds to SpamHub balance: processed within 1 business day.
  • Refunds to original payment method: subject to the provider's processing timeline, typically 5–14 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: refunds are issued in USD equivalent at the exchange rate at the time of refund processing, credited to your SpamHub balance.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via Telegram (@Spam_Hub_support) or email. Please include your account email, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, or in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
